Focusing on conversions

Before any major marketing could take place we needed to optimise key conversion points on the site in order to deeliver a greater return on paid and social investment. We focussed on key areas of the shopping journey such as navigation, add to cart and the checkout, with a particular focus on the mobile experience.

Improving online customer experience

The global pandemic meant that the traditional face-to-face beauty consultation experience wasn't easily available. We worked with By Terry to launch a series of online tools to allow customers to get the advise they needed in order to be able to pick the correct product or shade.
